Why Michael Can Help You Change Your Culture and Find Greatness and Consistency!

Michael went to powerhouse Paulsboro High School in New Jersey. The football team won 3 state titles, was ranked in the Top 10 in the state, and went on a state record 63 game winning streak. The wrestling teams won 3 state titles while ranking in the Top 10 in the state. In 1995, Michael earned a full athletic scholarship to play football at Rutgers, and while there, he also wrestled. He learned many lessons through the years from his coaches at Paulsboro and Rutgers. Michael has also coached football, wrestling, and was the Head Girl’s Track and Field coach at Glassboro High School were he won division titles and had 6 state champions. Michael has personally trained and mentored many student athletes over the year to great success on and off the field. He was inducted into the Paulsboro High School Sports Hall of Fame in 2017.
